Wedding Videography Packages
I use a "modular" approach to pricing, where you can add on any extra services as needed. The Basic Package includes all the normal expected shots and deliverables, while the add-ons take your videos to the next level.
Basic Package - $1,300
Includes:
- Filming the wedding party preparations, day of, prior to ceremony
- Filming first looks
- Filming ceremony highlights
- Filming highlights of the reception (wedding party entrance, speeches, dances, events)
- Editing time
- Up to 8 hours on site
- Please note that if you require more on-site time than the 8 hours included in this package, you will be billed at the extra-hour rate of $100/hr (rounded to the next half-hour).
Deliverables:
- Trailer. A “trailer”, which may be up to 1 or 2 minutes in length, of the highlights of your day. Great for sharing on socials as a “coming soon” or as a quick memory of your special day. Up to three revisions included.
- Long-form Video. Up to a 5 minute video of the day with more footage and coverage than the trailer would show. Up to three revisions included.
Add-on: Drone Footage - $250
Includes:
- Breathtaking views of your venue(s), outside activities (such as your photography sessions), and scenery of your surroundings that will be featured in your Trailer and Video. We are part 107 licensed for commercial drone work!
- Editing time
- Up to 30 minutes of drone operation
- If you would like more drone coverage than the 30 minutes this add-on includes, each additional 30-minutes will be billed at $250. Time is rounded to the nearest half hour.
Add-on: Extra Filming Hour(s)
If your event requires more on-site time than the package and/or add-ons provide, you will be billed at an hourly rate of $100 (rounded to the next half-hour).
Add-on: Longer Video
If you’d like a longer Video than the 5-minute base package provides, you can purchase add-ons of 5-minute increments. Up to three revisions included.
- Each additional 5 minutes: $400
- Example: a 10-minute video would cost $1,700 (basic package of $1,300 + $400 for additional 5 minutes), not including any other add-ons.
Add-on: Rehearsal Dinner - $300
Includes:
- Filming highlights of the rehearsal dinner which would be featured in your Video.
- Editing time
- Up to 2 hours on site
- Please note that if you require more on-site time than the 2 hours included in this add-on, you will be billed at the extra-hour rate of $100/hr (rounded to the next half-hour).
Add-on: Stationary Ceremony Camera - $100
Includes:
- An unmanned stationary camera that captures your ceremony from the back of the room. A perfect way to relive every moment of your wedding!
Add-on: Raw Footage
If you’d like to have the complete unedited footage that was shot, you may have them delivered to you with either no color grading (flat, “bleached” image) or color graded (colors are corrected and look natural).
- Ungraded Raw Footage: $100
- Color Graded Raw Footage: $200
