NOW 3 will be Feb. 28 at 6 pm at Blackhawk Ministries (Fort Wayne, Ind.). Chris will be leading from the piano, singing older hymns with you.

Hymns Project

Over the past year or so, I’ve been struggling to find a way to make a hymns album, but with no success. I had basically given up on the idea until recently. At my church, Blackhawk Ministries, I lead a Night of Worship every now and then. And coming up on Feb. 28, I’ll be leading the third NOW: a hymns only service. It’ll be just me and a piano.
I see this as the solution to my struggles. However, I’m not sure how recordings and copyright issues will work out with this, so stay tuned. But rest assured, it will be recorded live, barring some unforeseen event. Although it is a live recording, it will take some time to edit and mix afterward. No release date is set just yet, but it usually takes one to two months to get out. More on that as it comes!
As the information becomes available, I’ll let you know how/when you can get your copy of NOW 3. Thanks for the support!
Facebook Fan Page Removed

I deleted the Facebook fan page yesterday for two reasons: 1. It was confusing people who were already “friends” with me on my personal account 2. There really wasn’t much of a point having one. This site (chrislyles.com) has everything I want to share with you, and it just didn’t make sense to duplicate that on Facebook.
I still have a personal account on Facebook, though, if you’ve been looking for me. Please don’t be offended if I ignore a friend request; if I don’t know you personally, I most likely won’t accept. You know how it is these days…
